Nectars, Potions & Elixirs

Spring Reset Elixirs

Three simple recipes to accompany the TEB Spring Reset – hydration, minerals, freshness, gentle energy.

No magical promises here. Just coherent, elegant blends, easy to recreate, with real flavours and a clear intention.

Biohacker tip

These elixirs can also serve as a base to integrate certain daily supplements. A dose of hydrolysed collagen or creatine monohydrate dissolves easily, turning these simple drinks into real functional morning rituals.

Spring reset elixirs Golden Citrus Revive – lemon ginger turmeric drink

Recipe 01

Golden Citrus Revive

A golden, lively and enveloping elixir – designed to awaken the body gently, with more depth than a simple lemon water.

750 ml Warm water Golden morning

Ingredients

  • 750 ml warm water, not boiling
  • The juice of 1 whole organic lemon
  • 1 cm grated fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 generous pinch sea salt

Preparation

  1. Pour the warm water into a bottle or a large glass.
  2. Add the lemon juice, grated ginger and turmeric.
  3. Add the honey, salt and a small pinch of black pepper.
  4. Mix or shake for 10 to 15 seconds.
  5. Let it infuse for 2 minutes, then drink slowly over 60 to 120 minutes.
Biohacker note. The lemon – ginger – turmeric trio has long been used in natural tonic drinks. A pinch of black pepper helps improve the absorption of certain compounds in turmeric.
Spring reset Elixirs Green Mineral Flow – cucumber mint infused water

Recipe 02

Green Mineral Flow

Fresh, vegetal, bright – a carafe elixir for mornings at home, when you want hydration without heaviness.

1 L Home carafe Fresh focus

Ingredients

  • 1 L fresh filtered water
  • ½ cucumber thinly sliced
  • The juice of 1 lime
  • 8 to 10 leaves of fresh mint
  • Pink salt – 2 generous pinches

Preparation

  1. Place the cucumber and mint at the bottom of a carafe.
  2. Add the lime juice, the salt, then the water.
  3. Let it infuse for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Drink it through the morning. You can top it up once with a little water for a softer version.
Biohacker note. Here, the salt is not decorative – it structures the taste and supports more effective hydration.
Spring Reset Elixirs Orange rosemary tonic – citrus herbal drink

Recipe 03

Orange & Rosemary Tonic

More sophisticated, more aromatic, more Mediterranean – a sunny, tonic elixir, perfect for active mornings, early starts or days when you want a more elegant ritual.

750 ml Active morning Citrus + rosemary

Ingredients

  • 750 ml fresh water
  • The juice of 2 oranges
  • The juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • Sea salt – 1 generous pinch

Preparation

  1. Pour the water into a bottle or a large flask.
  2. Add the orange juice and the lemon juice.
  3. Add the honey and salt, then mix until dissolved.
  4. Add the rosemary sprig, lightly bruised between your fingers to release the aromas.
  5. Let it infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, then drink it within the next 60 to 120 minutes.
Biohacker note. This version is less about the “pure electrolyte” angle and more about a tonic for use – citrus, saline touch, aromatic note. Rosemary immediately brings a more chic, more TEB character to both the taste and the visual.

Nomad Ritual

Taking your elixirs with you – without compromise

These recipes are not made only for home. If you want to take them to work, after sport or on a hike, a good insulated bottle really changes the experience – stable temperature, practical format, ritual easier to maintain.

I like the idea of a simple, solid and discreet container – elegant enough for the office, practical enough for life on the move.

Discover the bottle on Ninja’s official website – or view it directly on Amazon if you prefer a more immediate option.
